EDAGUM CONTENTS
EDAGUM®SM is a new-generation natural humic fertilizer.
EDAGUM®SM is manufactured in Russia from
environmentally friendly raw materials - lowland peat,
and may be used in organic farming.
Since 2006, EDAGUM®SM has been successfully used in
Russia, CIS countries, Central Asia and India. The
efficiency of the fertilizer has been certified by surveys
conducted by 34 scientific institution in Russia and abroad
as applied to wheat, rice, soya, corn, cotton plant, rape,
potato, tomatoes, apple trees, grapes, kiwi, cucurbits and
other crops.
EDAGUM®SM contains the whole range of substances
created by nature itself:
•humic and fulvic acids (40-50 g/l);
•a complex of amino acids, carboxylic acids and vitamins;
•a complex of macro and microelements: N, P, K, Сu, Mg, Mn,
Zn, Fe, Co, etc.;
•beneficial natural microbiology: associations of amylolytic,
ammonifying, denitrifying and other microorganisms
producing auxins, actinomycetes, gibberellins, cytokinins and
other growth ferments.
EDAGUM®SM contains most of know macro- and
microelements vital for plant development, because in its
original condition it was a living, breathing plant.
Thanks to unique composition, in terms of efficiency,
EDAGUM®SM is superior not only to humic, but specialized
microbiological preparations, having a higher physiological
and biological activity and a wide spectrum of action.
A comparative analysis of IR spectra of humic substances of Edagum SM
and cow manure cured for 4 years shows their full identity in the nature
of functional groups, but humic acids separated from the preparation
contain a lot of carboxyl and phenol groups, and amines crucial for
physiological activity. Moreover, the content of humic substances in
Edagum SM is twice higher than that of manure.

EDAGUM®SM is used as working solution.
The consumption rate during vegetation is
400 ml EDAGUM®SM + 300 l of water per 1
ha. The preparation can be used
independently or in the same tank mixture
jointly with pesticides or mineral fertilizers.
When used jointly, the pesticide consumption
can be reduced by 15-20%.

In soil treatment, Edagum SM acts as a
biological preparation activating soil microflora
and helping to reduce application of
phosphate and nitrogen fertilizers by 20-50%.
For that purpose, additionally to treatment
during vegetation, soil is treated after
harvesting or 2-3 weeks before sowing at the
rate 1.5-2 l of Edagum®SM + 1000 l of water
per 1 ha.
COST EFFICIENCY
Yield increase by 10-75 % + saving mineral fertilizers and
pesticides by 15-50 % = $1 of costs for EDAGUM SM returns
