Objective - Implement measures to
– ensure RESPONSIBLE activities
– Including import, production, release &
distribution
– limit adverse impact on environment,
human/animal health
– ensure effective management of waste
– prevent accidents
– Measures to evaluate & reduce potential
risks
– Lay down criteria for risk assessment

APPEAL BOARD
