Establish the COMMUNICATION with its country´s Drug Consumption
Rooms and inform them about the constitution of the Network.
Keep the DCRs CONTACTS in the country updated.
Detect NEEDS of the DCRs, acting as a recipient of its suggestions and
recommendatios and inform the International Coordinating Group about
it.
PARTICIPATE in the annual meeting of the Network.

Functions
IDENTIFY network members that due to their field of action and
experience may be part of the expert group
Define the CRITERIA to be included in the group.
Define the OBJECTIVES, RESULTS and ACTIVITIES of the group.
Establish the periodicity of the group MEETINGS, organize and
CHAIR them.
Participate in the VIRTUAL MEETING which takes place between
the expert groups, BIMONTHLY.
Participate in the network ANNUAL MEETING in which the
RESULTS of the group will be presented.
