 Medical Staffing (Doctor, Paramedic, Laboratory Technician,
Radiographer & Asst. Pharmacist).
 Emergency Prepareness Program  MERP, FAT, Drill, etc.

Pre-Eliminary Assessment
 On client request, Nusantara Medika will provide Site Health
Assessment (SHA) before conducting On-Site Medical Service.
 Based on SHA, Nusantara Medika will give a suggestion to client
on what kind of medical services which suitable for the client's
condition.
 Nusantara Medika will provide Medical Program based on SHA
result.

 Occupational Health Service
 Comprehensive On-Site Occupational Health Program (Hygiene & Sanitation, Health
Promotion, MCU Analysis, Drug & Alcohol Tests, Work Related Diseases Detection
/Monitoring, Case Management, Return To Work Program).
 Site Medical Review (SMR)  common medical risks, evacuation routes, site medical
setting, local medical facility capabilities.
 Emergency Preparedness Program
 Helping client’s HSE Dept. to create Medical Evacuation Respond Plan (MERP) and
reviewing every 4-6 months and or every Rig Move, with updated MERP and Suitable
MERP.
 Providing medical team with the best qualification.
 Providing emergency medical equipment standard, such as ACLS and ATLS, based on
rental or ending buy system.
 Giving standard and non-emergency drug formulary consumable by consignment system.
 Giving emergency drug formulary and emergency consumable by direct buying system.
 Giving standard non-emergency medical equipment with rental or direct buying system.
