Discovery of Homeopathy
 Samuel Hahnemann discovered homeopathy over 200
years ago
 Left medical practice and began translating medical texts
 During a translation, he came across a concept regarding
quinine and malaria with which he did not agree
 Experimenting on himself, he developed a form of healing
we know as homeopathy

Cytotoxic effects of ultra-diluted
remedies on breast cancer cells
 Our findings suggest that ultra-diluted homeopathic remedies
prescribed in the ‘Banerji protocol’ exert preferential cytotoxic
effects against the human breast carcinoma cell lines MCF-7 and
MDA-MB-231. The cytotoxic effect of two of the remedies
investigated in this study, Carcinosin and Phytolacca, appeared similar
to the activity of 0.12 µM paclitaxel (Taxol), the most commonly used
chemotherapeutic drug for breast cancer, when it was tested in the
two adenocarcinoma cell lines investigated in the this study in parallel
experiments.

Spondylosis: An Observational Study
 Homeopathic treatment of pain associated with lumbar
spondylosis appears to be highly effective. All cases in
this study showed marked improvement within a short
time span, with the minimum dose of the remedy and
without any auxiliary measures.

Effectiveness and Safety of Arnica montana in
Post-Surgical Setting, Pain and Inflammation
 Cumulative evidence suggests that both Arnica in gel formulation and
in homeopathic dilutions are more effective than placebo in treating
several inflammatory conditions, in pain management and
postoperative settings. Its clinical efficacy in these fields and its high
tolerability make it a potential therapeutic alternative target to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, especially for patients undergoing
pharmacological polytherapy as they are more exposed to the risk of
drug interactions and, consequently, to their toxicity.
