MSP Program Experience
• Provide nationwide coverage for client requirements
• Ninety (90%) of the time, submit qualified candidates within forty-eight hours of
receipt of client requirement.
• Contingent Worker arrival (for commencement of Assignment) is at the agreed start
date and time ninety-five (95%) percent of the time.
• 100% of the candidates are appropriately tested before start of client assignment for:
o Background Check; Drug Test; Legal Authorization to work in the US, etc.
• No more than five percent (5%) of Contingent Workers supplied by the Subcontractor
shall:
o need to be replaced due to unsatisfactory performance and
o resign prior to the end of the assignment.
• Invoices are one hundred percent (100%) accurate.
• Complete Customer satisfaction with the Client using the above specified criteria.
