• 1992 Asian Marathon Champion
• 75 Full Marathons and 123 Half Marathons in 25 years of
competitive running (1984 – 2009).
• 25 Gold, 12 Silver and 13 Bronze in full marathons and more
than 90 medals in Half Marathon.
• 105,000 kms run to date, across the globe, in 25 countries,
in last 22 years of competitive running.
• Masters in Public Administration, NIS Diploma in Athletics,
Yoga and Aerobics Trainer.
• Now actively involved in Health and Fitness programme for
children, youth, women and the senior citizens.
• Working as Partner with WHO, UNICEF, Ministry of Health,
Narcotics Control Bureau and Govt of Delhi for Drug Abuse
