Aims of the Plan of Action for Social Reliefs

By 2013, to reduce the size of the
group of the homeless or those at
risk of becoming homeless to 75% of
its size 2006.

Minimise the risk of homeless as a
result of house evicition or
discharge from prison

Ensure that by 2013, all the
homeless are included in
intervention programmes, and
that 60% have some form of
accommodation by 2010

Reduce public nuisance to 75% of
the 2006 level by 2013






