What is your right to privacy?
“The right of people to be secure in their person’s houses,
papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and
seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue,
but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation,
and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized.”
The Fourth Amendment, Bill of Rights

Things to think about:
• Has your privacy been invaded in your lifetime?
• Do you think that personal information you give to
companies is confidential?
• Would you object to the FBI placing a wiretap on your
personal phone?
• Should businesses , or schools for that matter, require
random drug tests of their employees or students?
• How would you feel if officials searched your dorm room
weekly?
