• Teams formed across campus lines in
Spring 2003
• Teams included Registration, Financial Aid,
and Academic Advisors
• Initial goal was to contact students
regarding graduation checks

• Students identified through a query of the
SIS
• Query criteria: within 9 hours of graduation,
in good academic standing, and currently
enrolled
• Over 400 students called
• 4 teams

• TCC Foundation provided gift certificates
to winning team
• Replicated processes for the 2004 academic
year
• Teams wanted to incorporate process into
standard procedures
