Mike,
I wanted to bring some recent events to your attention that are occurring at the
Parkview Apartments. Since tenants began occupying the newly constructed
units on Porterfield Drive last spring, non- resident teenagers have begun to
use the apartment grounds regularly as a place to hang out for extended
periods of time--particularly on the weekends-- unsupervised and without
curfew. Every indication points to drinking and drug use taking place…
Finally, individuals from the complex are tossing trash onto our property from
the apartment grounds--mostly beer bottles and cans-- and detaching the black
plastic drainage hoses from the townhouses and throwing them away from the
units. Despite your best efforts, the builder still has not removed the black silt
fencing from around the perimeter of the complex that abuts our property, and
there is so far no indication that the landscaping required by the site plan will
be added, even taking into account the existing drought conditions.
