VISION
• A program that …
– … Commanders identify as their own, to empower them with
the knowledge and skill to recognize and reduce risk in their
units, and to provide their Soldiers access to appropriate
and effective prevention and treatment;
– … enables Soldiers to recognize the risks of substance
abuse in order to self-monitor, provide support to their
fellow Warriors, and encourages them to seek help without
stigmatization.
