CHALLENGES
“The mirage of the wheelchair ramp”, universal
accessibility is often reduced to describe facilities or
amenities to assist people with impaired mobility.
The implementation of accessibility adjustments and
their proper maintenance requires the development of
an accessibility management system by the
Decentralized Autonomous Governments and political
decision to mobilize adequate funds.
