Getting Monaghan Working
• MID are working towards a more integrated local
employment strategy
• We see an important role for local employers in
designing and implementing this strategy
• We want to draw on your experience to help us
develop particular approaches to job creation
• We want to improve local data on skill requirements
and more efficiently link employers with those seeking
job opportunities
• We want to work with local employers to maximise
potential of national LM schemes at a local level
