• Around 80% of the young people entering the workforce
in West London in future years will be from BME

• The Pathfinder
Programme in 2002

disturbances in the
northern towns
• West London was chosen
to be 1 of 14 programmes
across the whole of
England
• The Pathfinder ended in
September 2004 development of the
legacy programme
• West London continues
to pioneer the Community
Cohesion agenda
through the work of the
West London Community
