Cambodian Country Flag
Cambodia's flag is a representation of the countries symbols. The red and
blue colored bands represent Cambodia's traditional colors, and the white
temple (outlined in black) represents Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is the bestpreserved, most famous Cambodian temple. Built in the 12th century, it
still stands today.
General Geography
Cambodia is located in South
Eastern Asia. The capital of
Cambodia is Phnom Penh, located
in the bottom third of the country.
The land is mostly flat, with
mountainous land in the far right
corner. The latitude/longitude
coordinates of Phnom Penh are
11*33'N by 104*55'E.

are heavy rain seasons created by air
pressure changes of Asia.

equator affects the climate, as it is
hot year-round there.
• The forests, grasslands, and drylands
are true to Cambodia's climate type.
