Country / Multinational Working Groups Guideline Enhancing Entrepreneurship in SME Development and Export Consortia 21 July 2009 http://www.mekonginstitute.org Objective To identify enterprises in their own countries and oversea and to propose feasible action plans regarding to how best to improve enterprise and entrepreneurial development. Participants work in groups of number of similarity type of work (total 4 groups).
