MONITORING & EVALUATION OF SOC/ SOE
Public Financial Management Act and Municipal
Financial Act
Number of Reviews undertaken from 1998 till
2011/12
Almost all Provinces has undertaken consolidation of
all their Public entities
We do not have Regular i.e. Schedule timelines to
undertake Monitoring, Reviews & Evaluation of
these entities;
There is no Consolidated nor Directive Institutions &
Systems beyond financial matters that guide reviews,
monitoring & Evaluation of these entities;
There is no single systems to undertake Monitoring
Reviews and Evaluations of various Infrastructure
Programmes currently roll-out even to next 3 – 5 yrs;
