Actuation
Unidirectional:
Rotates in one direction only and stops every 90 degrees
until signaled to move again.
Reversing:
Rotates clockwise to open a valve and counterclockwise to
close a valve.

Duty Cycle
Duty Cycle is the ratio between actuator cycle time
and the “cool off” time required based on 100%
to avoid thermal cut out.
Example: 25% Duty Cycle means that the unit can
be cycled 25% of the time.
If the actuator is cycled for 1 minute continuously,
Necessary cool off time is 3 minutes.

Actuator Types
Double Acting (Air to Air):
Requires air to open and air to close.
No fail position if air supply is lost.
Spring Return (Air to Spring):
Requires air to open only, once air is exhausted
springs close the valve.
Fail position open or close if air supply is lost.
