Duct Mounting the GPS-iClean

The GPS-iClean requires a four inch round hole for duct
mounting.
Mounting in the return downstream of filters is preferable, but
the supply is also acceptable.
Return mounting allows the elimination or prevention of dirty
sock syndrome and treats the evaporator coil.

GPS-iClean Self Cleaning Function
The GPS-iClean is provided with a wiper blade on the rear of the
unit that is set up from the factory to activate and clean the carbon
fibers once every five days.

GPS-iClean Self Cleaning Function
The Cycle Cleaning Test button can be
used to test the cleaning function. This
button can also be used to change the
days between cleaning cycles to 1, 5, 10
or 20 days. Simply press the cleaning
button once and while the display shows
“CLEA” hold the button in again for five
seconds and when numbers appear,
press the button until you see the
number of days you want to to go
between cleaning cycles.

weather tight mounting bracket and
cover so the unit can be duct mounted
indoors or out.

The GPS-iClean is rated for 0-4800 cfm. It can be
applied on both residential and light commercial
projects. This unit produces over 200 million ions/cc
and the self cleaning function insures the unit will
always be at peak performance especially when the end
user needs it most.

The GPS-iClean can operate on 24 through 240 volts out
of the box. Just wire as shown in the below image.

GPS-iClean Digital Display
The GPS-iClean will flash “GPS,” “ON,” and a number
such as “1” during normal operation. The numeral
indicates the days the unit has been in operation.
It will also flash “CLEA” when it’s in the cleaning mode
and “FALT” when there is a unit fault.

The GPS-iClean has been designed
to easily replace the emitters with
one screw. Extensive testing has
shown the emitters in most cases
will not need to be replaced under
normal operating conditions, but
they have been designed for easy
replacement in the event they do
wear out in 20 years!
