Random start time delay.
Compressor anti-short cycle protection.
Condensate overflow protection.
Compressor lockout with manual or auto reset.
Low and high voltage protection.
LED status on the board with 7 discrete output
messages.
• Lockout alarm signal to an LED in the thermostat.
• Emergency shutdown from a field-supplied signal.
• Unoccupied (night setback and night setup) mode from a
field-supplied signal.
Mammoth DDC EPiC HP controls
• I/O 560
• Single and twin, no modulating econ, or reheat, good basic single control
• I/O 583
• Has analog outputs for economizer, re-heat
modulation.
• I/O 6126
• Capable of modulating re-heat, preheat,VFD, base for MUA units
Typical outputs

Five digital outputs
Works well with single or two stage machines, with
the need to modulate some device, ie re-heat, VFD,
hot gas….

Selection and Rating Program
Instructions
Once you have installed the Mammoth
selection Program, it should produce an Icon
like the one on the right. Double click on the Icon
and the program will start.
During the few moments to launch the
program you will see the dialog box to the left.
This is the program going out on the web to check
for updates that may be available.
You should see the Mammoth logo while
the program continues to open.
The program is now up and running,
this is what it should look like.
The main screen is basically divided
into four sections.
Project information section:
Name of the project, location if you desire, also a place to put any
special notes about the project.
Sales Rep information, name, sales office, e-mail and telephone.
After filling out the “Rep information” section if you go to the
pull down menu and select “options” you will get this dialog box.
If you select the bottom box, all
subsequent orders will have
this information available to
eliminate reentering information
each time you use the program.
The Application section
In this section you will enter the “Altitude” of the
project in question. The altitude box entry is increased
or decreased in increments of 100 Feet.
You will also select if the project in question is a
standard or geothermal application. This changes
the range of the allowable entering conditions.
If you have selected a geothermal application, you will also select
the type of Glycol solution used on the project and the percentage
by volume.
The current selection section
This section is where
You will select:
1. Unit tag
2. Product line
3. Voltage
4. Unit size
5. GPM
6. CFM
7. EDB & EWB
8. EWT
9. EDB & EWT Htg.
A note on selecting CFM / ESP
With direct drive blowers (single circuit models), CFM or
external static pressure is automatically corrected to match
the unit of measure selected.
400 CFM was selected, Program looks
at internal blower curve and displays
the external static pressure if proper ducting
techniques are used
