Terms & Conditions
•
This agreement will be for 10 years period.
•
We will provide the LED fixtures up to your Electrical
Store. Fitting of the same will be done jointly (You &
PPS). The maintenance of Poles, Panels & Cables will be
responsibility of yours. We will keep inventory of 5 fixtures
in your stores for any emergency replacement. Such types
of replacements are very very rare & it will be less than
1%.
•
We will supply you total quantity of LED street lights within
3 months period after receiving your ‘Work Order’.
•
You will provide us last 6 months MSEDCL Bills for study
& fix average electricity cost. The average cost will be
increased subject to MSEDCL increase the unit rates.
•
You will accept the average cost in written.
For smooth & effective operations you will take
following precautions
•
Arrangement of good condition
“Junction Box”
•
Testing of: Cables, Panels,
Contactors, MCBs, Timer, Busbar etc.
•
If possible you can arrange ELCB in
panels for extra protections.
Billing
•
Our billing format will be as below:
Average Cost – Current cost of the month = PESPL Billing value.
•
e.g. 1000000 – 700000 = 300000
Payment terms: You will provide us MSEDCL
monthly bill immediately within two days of it’s
receipts to you. We will raise our bill & submit
to you within two days of it’s receipts to us. You
will make the payment to us before last date of
MSEDCL’s payment.
