Corn Plant Dracaena
Dracaena fragrans ‘Massangeana’
• Strong, upright plant on woodylike stalk
• Mature plants display palm-like
foliage at top of plant
• Plants can grow to 5 feet or
more
• Broad, corn-like, medium green
leaves that are banded yellow
along the center leaves (2 feet
long)

• Rosette shaped succulents
• Foliage colors bluish-green
some with reddish tips or
margins, others are dark red
• Flower colors – rose, yellow,
pink
• Offsets surround mature
plants
Barrel Cactus
Echinocactus cv.
• Globular, ribbed stemmed plant
• Golden-yellow spines in rows
on raised stem ribs
• Top of plant has tuft of golden
woolly hairs
• Doesn’t usually flower indoors
Crown-of-Thorns
Euphorbia milii splendens
• Bushy, semi-succulent,
branched shrub
• Stems and branches covered
with sharp thorns
• Leaves are 1-2 inched, bright
green and ovate-shaped
• Tiny yellow flowers surrounded
by showy, yellow, salmon, pink,
or red bracts
