Objectives
• Know the 7 main biomes.
• Know where they are located.
• Know from each Biome,
– 2 types of vegetation that can be found
there.
– 2 types of animals that can be found there.
– What the climate is like in each biome.
Group Project / Activity
• Break up the class into 7 groups with 5
kids in each group.
• Assign each group one biome to answer
basic questions on.
• Have them find pictures and take their
answers to the questions and put
together a power point to present to
the class.

that result in an organism's unique niche in an
