ARCTIC GENERAL CLEANUP
Council of studying productive forces (SOPS) collaboratively with
Green Alliance worked out a plan to clean up the territory of the
Franz Josef Land archipelago. The expedition of 115 people to the
archipelago removed some 8,000 tons of metal and recycled it.
