• Industry leading 3rd-party test facility for data
communications & consumer electronics devices
• 100% funded by commercial industry
– 150+ companies provide market motivation
• Founded in 1988; 32,000 sqft lab facility – Boston,
USA Metro Area
• 7,200 sq-ft pre-wired space dedicated to Plugfests

Qualifications
• USGv6 Test Program
– ISO 17025 accredited for US Government IPv6 testing.
• IPv6 Forum IPv6 Ready Logo
– Approved test lab and NA Regional Officer
• OpenFabrics Alliance
– Hosts OFA’s Interoperability Logo Program (OFILP)
• MIPI Alliance (mobile industry processor interface)
– Testing for MIPI’s integrators list hosted at IOL
• Serial ATA (SATA-IO Integrators List)
• Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA)
– DLNA Independent Certification Vendor

Proposal Options
• Option A (Phase 1, Phase 2)
– Annual Hosted Test Facility with Ops
support (Fee: $2,000 per company
annually)
• Free Remote access for Client – Side testing
• Additional fees if Hardware procurement is
needed
• Includes physical space, IP address, power
• Ensure test bed remains operational to fulfill
use case testing

• Option B (Phase 1, 2, 3)
– Annual Hosted Test Facility with Consortium Membership
(Fee: ~$15,000 per company annually)

KMIP TC approved testing/reporting
Supports (1) Manager (2) Test Technicians
Support formal conformance testing (test tool development May
require add’l resources
• Includes re-tests and regression throughout year
• Option C (Phase 3)
– Pay Per Test (Fee: TBD per test)*Fees will be determined by complexity of test
plan and required resources. Typical fees may range between $2,000-$5,000.
• KMIP TC approved testing/reporting
