• Network Scanners, Digital Senders, MultifFunction network
printers allow you to send paper documents through StoneFax
• integrate paper documents with the outgoing faxes workflow
• store them in a unique archive
• To send a fax just insert the sheet in the scanner, press the “Fax”
button and enter the recipient number
• the document is scanned and sent to StoneFax via email (Internet Fax feature)
• StoneFax sends the return receipt to the email account previously associated to
the device
• if the device supports authentication the fax will be sent with your personal account and
the return receipt will be received in your email box
• On the models not yet verified you can use the Scan2Mail feature
• the document is scanned by the device, then it is sent to
[email protected] entering the recipient number in the Subject

customer usually receives and sends instead of the number of users
• when this information is missing pls follow these general guidelines:
