1. Wireless Convenience
The TDE Series can be integrated
with Panasonic Wireless solutions.
Connecting a TDE model to a Portable Station (PS) makes it
possible to access the PBX features via the PS for smooth,
easy communication. Using the Wireless XDP, you can set
the handset to the same extension as your desk phone, and
then receive calls when you're away from your desk.

(MPR Ver. 3.0)
Receive calls that come to the office's
wired extensions on a mobile telephone.
GSM Mobile telephones can be registered to the PBX as extensions. The mobile telephone members work as
"Virtual" Portable Stations (PS) and use 3-5 digit PBX extension numbering. Calls that come for salespeople while
they are out of the office can be sent to their mobile telephone without having to use call forwarding.

3. QSIG Networking
The TDE Series supports the QSIG protocol,
which makes easy PBX networking possible.
QSIG is one of the most flexible
platforms for networking systems.
QSIG enhances the TDE Series'
ability to pass call-processing
data to other systems and
makes the TDE Series a very
network-friendly system.

Productivity
Easy, low-cost communication within the network
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a new communication method
using an IP network to carry voice communication. If you use a
leased line for the IP network, VoIP allows you to talk to your remote
offices anywhere in the world for no additional charge. VoIP also
allows simultaneous voice and data transmission.

The TDE Series offer sophisticated Call
Distribution features.
The TDE PBX systems provide a variety of call distribution options. When a call comes in to a busy line or
an unattended phone, the system can distribute it to another extension, a voice mail system, a home or
mobile telephone, or other pre-programmed destinations.
Call Distribution Examples
1. Ring all extensions
(Simultaneous Ring).
2. Ring available extensions in

Using the DISA feature, you can easily set up an auto attendant to
professionally handle all incoming customer calls to your
businesses. An auto-attendant can drastically reduce the amount
of call traffic handled by the operator - allowing the operator to
spend more time with your new or important customers.
Functions supported include ability to:
Set-up multi-level Auto Attendant (Max. 64 message levels)
Create Flexible Message Flows

Increase customer retention by keeping your customers positively
engaged with voice message feedbacks while they are waiting for their
call to be answered. When setting up an Incoming Call Distribution
(ICD) group for your customers - the Message Card allows you to
provide appropriate OGM messages to callers waiting in queue.
Simply use the Queuing Time Table feature of the KX-TDE PBX to
create any message sequences for your business needs.

3. Timed Reminder Messages
Businesses in the hospitality market could easily benefit from this
feature where guests can receive a pre-recorded reminder message on
their room extensions. At set time, the phone system calls the
extension and plays an appropriate message. Different messages can
be played based on time of day settings (example:
Day/Lunch/Break/Night). Businesses needing to implement guest
wakeup alarm are just one of the examples where a timed reminder
message feature can be implemented.

4. Advanced Automated Attendant
(Voice Processing System)
The DISA/Auto Attendant feature can be integrated
with a Voice Processing System to give you superior
call routing and messaging features.
If a desired extension is busy or unavailable, callers
can still be directed to that extension using the AA
feature and are greeted by the Voice Mail system.
Messages can be left for the desired extension
ensuring that all important calls are never missed.
A message indication lamp on the DPT will light to
alert the extension owner that a message is waiting

15. Simple Voice Message Card (SVM)
Simple, Convenient Voice Message Solution
The New KX-TDA0192 (2ch) and KX-TD0194(4ch)
Simplified Voice Message (SVM) cards provides KX-TDE
extension users with an efficient, cost-effective private,
voicemail solution.
Each extension user can have a personal Voice Mailbox
which can play outgoing greeting messages as well as record
incoming voice messages irrespective of the type of
extension used, i.e. Proprietary Telephones (PT), Single Line
Telephones (SLT), and Portable Stations (PS). The recording
storage space on each voicemail box is shared between
outgoing greeting messages and received voicemail
messages. Extension users can record, listen to or clear their
own greeting messages – as well as playback and clear voice
messages left by outside callers.
Each SVM card supports two channels, allowing two users to
access the card simultaneously. The system supports up to
two SVM cards per PBX for added recording storage
capacity. Accessing the voicemail requires assigning each
SVM card with a floating extension number.
