Where is NLETS going?

Investing in our infrastructure. New technology –
new capabilities (XML, web services, email etc.)
Positioning ourselves to meet the ever changing
needs of our users.
Taking steps to ensure that technology will NEVER
be the reason why NLETS does not meet a user
need.
