 Service supported by SLA, covers technical parameters of the service
and provides 24/7 support
 Prices may be quoted including or excluding local loop charges
 Prices dependent on destination, capacity and CoS
 Low one-time installation/change of service charge
 Standard lead time 2-3 months, limited mainly by the local loop provision
and/or partner network beyond
 Protection of the local loop is offered as an add-on and subject to
availability
