Job Management
Document Control Manager (DCM) enables the
Operator to manage documents residing in queues
by copying, moving, and proofing them.
Storing & retrieval of documents for printing at a
later time through DCM.
Load balance across the set of printers via
administering the jobs in the queues.

Job Ticketing
Edit Job Ticket parameters such as copy count,
paper stock, finishing, covers and special
instructions.
Add Xerox Job Ticket parameters to print jobs
without an attached Xerox Job Ticket

Drag-and-Drop of PS/PDF jobs
Using Print Icon, another C-Services tool, drag-anddrop print-ready documents (Postscript and PDF files)
from the Windows or applications such as Explorer.
Automatic PDF-to-Postscript Conversion
Enables direct printing of PDF files to Xerox
Production Printers. When supported by the printer,
C-Services may forward the PDF files directly to the
printer.

Direct WEB Print Submission of print ready
documents (PDF and PS files) via a web browser
such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape
Navigator.
Basic Xerox Job Ticketing enabled for web print

Web Submission - allows remote users to print to specified
Input Queues via a web browser like MS IE 5.0.
Cluster printing - acts as a front-end to drive multiple
printers to facilitate printing of mission critical jobs.
