victorious from the civil wars






Lepidus form the 2nd triumvirate
Octavian and Antony wage war for total control
of the empire

Octavian defeats Antony

Antony and Cleopatra commit suicide
Octavian takes the name Augustus
Caesar

Becomes the first Roman Emperor

