History of Present Illness

Patient is a 44 year old male
firefighter who was fighting a
brush fire when he began
developing a fever, headache,
coughing up bright red blood,
bloody diarrhea and generalized
weakness, Approximately 6 hours
ago the Patient ate breakfast,
which was brownies drop off my a
elderly woman, at the beginning
of his shift.



