DISMISSAL
Safety is always first!
DISMISSAL
Your child’s safety is our first priority & is the reason
for our procedures set in place.
 Please make sure your
child knows who they are going home
with and who it is “safe” to go home with.
 Send a
NOTE with your child if someone different will be picking
them up; or if they are being picked up a different way.
 In the event of
an emergency, the office must be notified if we
are to release your child to someone else.
CAR RIDERS
 Release
from the north gym
 Must have a car tag number assigned to the student
 The number must be visible on the students’ backpack
 Its provided by the teacher & we’re working on
more aesthetically pleasing tags. 
 Please make sure your student knows their number.
This will assist in a quicker dismissal. 
WALKERS
Release from the designated area for second
grade.
Please be patient & allow your child to notify the
teacher that they are leaving.
 Remember, safety is first!
We are working on a safer, more efficient
system so stay tuned!
BUS & DAYCARE
Release from the cafeteria
Please notify your child’s teacher for any
changes in their daycare or bus information.

SNACKS IN THE CLASSROOM
 New to Farine!
 All students are provided a snack
 It is their choice to eat it or not
 Please make sure your
student is aware of any possible food
allergies

Snacks accommodate most food allergies but just to be safe
make sure your child is aware of what they can & cannot eat.
 We eat before lunch, usually
around 10:00am
DRESS CODE

Collared shirt (polo style): long or short sleeve in the following colors:
white, light blue, navy blue, hunter green, or red

Sweaters: white, light blue, navy blue, or hunter green

Bottoms: Navy or Khaki pants, shorts and for girls: skirts, jumpers, and
skorts

Every Monday students may wear a college shirt with uniform bottoms

EVERY Friday students may wear jeans & a Farine spirit shirt

MEDICATIONS
Medications
must be in their original containers.
You must include a written note detailing
instructions
All medications
must be kept with the nurse until
it time to take them. (This includes cough drops)

 Anyone wishing to volunteer in the classroom (this includes
field trips) MUST have a completed and approved Criminal
History Form on file
