We welcome you to a new approach to
health
 It
is our mission to continue to develop
practical, future-oriented medicine that
focuses on the health of the individual.




On the physical level
the three main aims of the immune-biological treatment are
therefore
- detoxification
- regeneration and
- activation of endogenous resistance.

On the emotional level
the patients learn how to deal better with their feelings (often of
a negative kind such as fears, worries, grief, guilt, impatience,
anger, rage), to accept them and to put the energy contained in
them to good use in a way which is meaningful and constructive
for the intended healing process.

On the mental level
we can learn to let go recurring and detrimental thoughts and
fears and to acquire our own individual notion of being whole and
healthy.
 The
Integrated Medical Centre for holistic
Immunotherapy is a special clinic run by a
team of dedicated medical and alternative
therapists.
 it specializes in the treatment of cancer of
all types and stages and of chronic diseases.
Over the past few years, the team has
attracted an increasing number of people
who are at risk of developing one of these
diseases because of (various forms of) stress.
They come to us seeking true preventative
medicine.



For some patients with progressive cancer, we use a combination of
immunobiological therapy with low-dose intravenous chemotherapy,
generally administered once a week.
During this experimental therapy, the patient is given 0.4 IE /kg KG
of normal insulin intravenously to induce hypoglycaemia. Low blood
sugar is thought to make the tumour more receptive to
chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is administered when the blood
glucose level has dropped to around 30 to 40 mg/dl (patient
monitored throughout) or if symptoms of hypoglycaemia occur
(dizziness, sweats, shaking). After treatment the patient is given a
5% glucose solution intravenously and then something sugary, such as
a banana, to eat.
It has been our experience that the low glucose level method
enhances the effect of low-dose chemotherapy on a tumour
compared to chemotherapy without insulin. The side effects on the
body as a whole, and on the immune system in particular, remain
low.


We offer gentle therapy for patients with advanced
stage IV cancer who can no longer receive
conventional chemotherapy because of ill health,
serious organ damage, or an intolerability/allergy to
cytostatic drugs, or for those who refuse
chemotherapy. These include insulin potentiation
chemotherapy (IPT), high-dose mistletoe therapy
(off-label use) or photodynamic therapy (PDT).
Every form of chemotherapy has side effects that
affect a patient’s general state of well-being, the
body’s processes of self-regulation and the immune
system. To keep these as low as possible, we use
immunobiological therapy to reduce the dynamics of
cancers in metastasized stages. This can improve a
patient’s quality of life and life expectancy.

Chronic diseases are often accompanied by pain of differing
intensity. Years of experience have shown us that patients with
constant or reoccurring pain often do not get the treatment they
need. Patients also sometimes lower the dosage of prescribed
pain medication themselves for fear of side effects or addiction.
These two factors can be augmented by the fact that attending
physicians are sometimes not familiar enough with the modern
guidelines of pain management.
Chronic pain, in contrast to acute pain, is not merely a warning
signal from the body. It limits productivity and the body’s ability
to respond, thus blocking its self-healing power.
This is why many pain patients need multimodal pain therapy,
which can include the combined use of pain medications effect
the body differently (as a rule a combination of substances that
effect the peripheral and the central nervous systems) and other
pain management approaches. We supplement pain management
with neural therapy, high tone therapy with the HiToP 182 (see
physical therapy section), subcutaneous CO2 injections, magnetic
field therapy and a number of other procedures.
The skilled combination of these methods generally leads to a
considerable and lasting reduction, or even elimination, of pain.
 This
type of therapy uses homeopathic
medicines, intestinal cleansing, colon
hydrotherapy (COHT), vitamins and trace
elements, enzymes, ozone therapy, oxygen
multistep therapy and other types of physical
therapy to stimulate the body’s own
detoxification mechanisms, over the liver,
kidneys, intestine, skin and mucous
membranes (more information).
 We would like to take this opportunity to
explain some of these treatment methods in
more detail.

Antioxidants are substances that protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. Free
radicals are aggressive and unstable molecules that can result from the body’s own metabolic
processes, from chemicals taken into the body, or radiation. As a rule, the human body has a
number of protective measures at its disposal to catch and destroy free radicals. These can be
compounds that occur naturally in the body, or are ingested with food, such as vitamins A, C, D
and E, along with the trace element selenium.
Under certain conditions (such as exposure to environmental factors or radiation, smoking,
stress and infection) the number of free radicals formed in the body increases so dramatically,
that the normal concentration of the body’s own defences is not enough. These free radicals
can then cause a lot of damage. They destroy cell membranes, genetic material and important
protein molecules in the cells. If this excessively high concentration of free radicals remains
constant, this is known as oxidative stress.
 Oxidative stress plays a role in many illnesses and diseases. Among these are:

- fat and sugar metabolism dysfunctions
- chronic inflammation
- allergies
- weakening of the immune system
- cancer
An optimal supply of antioxidants can prevent oxidative stress. These can be taken regularly or
given intravenously. It is important to keep in mind that supplementation with vitamins and
trace elements cannot take the place of a healthy, balanced whole-food diet. The vitamins and
trace elements are not given randomly or as dietary supplements. We prescribe therapeutic
doses suited to each patient. In high stress situations in particular (including disease), the
body’s own store of these elements is often depleted and the need for them increased.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin found in high quantities in plant and
animal fats, such as sunflower seeds, wheat germ, sunflower oil, nuts,
seeds, milk, butter and margarine.
Vitamin E is concentrated in all the adipose tissues of the body. As a
natural antioxidant, it stabilizes cell membranes and protects
unsaturated fatty acids from oxidation by reacting with free radicals
before these can destroy cell structures.
Vitamin E also prevents the oxidation of other substances, such as
vitamin A. This is why germ oils with a high concentration of
polyunsaturated fatty acids are also rich in vitamin E.
In animals studies, vitamin E deficiencies have been shown to cause
damage to the muscles, heart and nervous system, liver and
reproductive organs in addition to the destruction of blood cells
though this phenomenon has not yet been observed in healthy
humans. Smokers, people with chronic infectious illness and those
subjected to strong oxidative stress, which can happen if you are sick
or under severe psychological stress, need more vitamin E.
Vitamin D is THE all rounder. Its influence on
the calcium metabolism strengthens bones
and muscles. It has also positive effects on
the immune system and the cell metabolism.
Therefore we recommend Vitamin D not
only in case of osteoporosis but also in case
of infections and cancer diseases.

Selenium is an essential trace element. Dietary sources of
selenium include protein from both animal and plant sources.
The actual selenium content of foods depends on the selenium
intake of the plants and animals themselves. Most feed is
enriched with selenium, but the amount of selenium contained in
the soil is relatively low, in Central Europe in particular, where
the amount of selenium ingested in therefore also fairly low.
Selenium is an integral part of the enzyme glutathione
peroxidase that is involved in important metabolic processes and
helps detoxify the body by destroying free radicals (peroxide).
Selenium is also important for an intact immune system. We use
selenium in both tablet and intravenous form as part of our
prevention programme for existing chronic illnesses and to
accompany tumour therapy. Replenishing the store of selenium in
the body and strengthening the immune system does more than
simply prevent the recurrence of tumours.
Selenium can also effectively reduce the side effects of radiation
or chemotherapy, and improve the effectiveness of cytostatic
drugs.

Vitamin C is also known as ascorbic acid, or “anti-scurvy” acid.
Plants and animals produce their own vitamin C in large amounts
Humans, however, have lost this ability over the course of evolution and
have to ingest vitamin C through their diet. If we apply the amount of
vitamin C produced in other mammals to human beings, we can postulate
the production of between 2-4 grams of vitamin C at rest.
Under stress (including disease), our production of vitamin C would
increase to as much as 15 g a day.
Vitamin C is found in different concentrations in the individual organs.
Higher concentrations reflect a higher level of need. The highest
concentrations are found in the liver, adrenal glands, lenses of the eyes,
brain and immune cells.
Vitamin C is involved in a number of metabolic processes in our bodies. It
is essential to strengthen and activate the immune system, for the
hormonal and nervous systems, the regulation of fat metabolism,
detoxification, and for the formation and continued functioning of the
bones and connective tissues.
It also helps wounds to heal faster. Vitamin C is an important antioxidant
in the human body where it plays a decisive role in inflammatory diseases
and helps counteract the negative effects of exposure to radiation

A great deal of research has been done on the effects of vitamin C
therapy since the 90s. Medline alone, one of the key medical databanks,
shows around 8,000 publications that have focused on vitamin C since
1990. These studies lead to the development of high-dose vitamin C
therapy, and increasing numbers of physicians and alternative
practitioners have been using it with excellent results. The treatment is
based on the fact that the required amount of vitamin C caused by many
diseases can be much higher than the body can absorb over the
gastrointestinal tract. Added to this is the realisation that many illnesses
may reduce the intestinal lining’s ability to absorb vitamin C. Sometimes
a therapeutically effective level of vitamin C can only be achieved by
directly supplementing the blood by injection or infusion.
Since vitamin C is water-soluble, the body cannot store it in large
amounts. Excess vitamin C is immediately eliminated. This means the
danger of an overdose is much less that with fat-soluble vitamins. Highdose vitamin C therapy has often been shown to be effective in the
recovery phase following serious illnesses and operations, where it
speeds up the healing process. Vitamin C infusion therapy is also a tried
and tested natural tonic to combat general weakness and drops in
performance, and can strengthen persons prone to infection.

If we eat the wrong foods, subject
our bodies to damaging
environmental influences, or take
medicines such as antibiotics and
laxatives, we change the milieu in
the intestine. This can disrupt our
intestinal flora by providing
damaging bacteria with a good
growing media, often resulting in
inflammatory changes in the
intestinal mucous membrane. An
inflamed intestinal mucous
membrane is more permeable to
toxins, which means that parts of
the food we digest can enter the
bloodstream when they shouldn’t.
The body contaminates itself from
the inside, and this can
cause immune system problems
like allergies. This makes the
intestine (and intestinal cleansing)
a key element of biologically
oriented treatment programmes.

Enemas have been used for
detoxification for centuries. True
miracles have been ascribed to this
form of treatment, and reports from
the era of the Sun King confirm its
effectiveness quite vividly. In the
United States, enemas with normal
coffee are often used to cleanse the
intestine. The caffeine in the coffee
increases the flow of bile, activating
the liver. American scientists have
taken this ancient form of treatment
and used it as the basis for modern
colon hydrotherapy (COHT). This can
now be done hygienically, comfortably,
and almost completely odor-free. COHT
is well tolerated, since patients lie
down during treatment.

Ozone increases blood circulation,
revitalising and improving metabolism. It
also has a beneficial effect on our immune
system, strengthening powers of
resistance. The small amounts of ozone we
generally use in our ozone therapy activate
the body’s own antioxidants and
scavengers, which helps detoxify the body.
The positive effects of ozone therapy for
patients with cancer and chronic
inflammations in particular are obvious,
since toxins in the tissue and other harmful
substances (inflammatory mediators) need
to be eliminated.
Medical ozone is ideal for reactivating a
weakened immune system in general and in
cancer patients, can optimise metabolism,
help reverse processes of aging, and be
used to treat inflammatory diseases.

It takes a great deal of knowledge and experience to
successfully use immunotherapy, for the wrong use of
immuno stimulants can completely block the body’s
immune system, opening the floodgates to disease. we
have had very positive results using thymus preparations,
plant extracts, fever therapy, hyperthermia and auto
haemotherapy. Each of these measures is applied very
individually depending on a patient’s level of
responsiveness.

Auto haemotherapy – Auto haemotherapy uses the
patient’s own blood to help regulate the body’s reaction to
stimuli. The patient is re-injected with his or her own
enriched blood.
Thymus therapy - Thymus therapy developed out of
traditional fresh cell therapy, though today we work with
highly purified cell-free extracts of the active substance:
Thymus peptides.

Whole body hyperthermia
The aim of the cancer treatment is to stop the malignus
processes and destroy the existing tumour. The critical target of
the damage is the cell-membrane. The well-known advantages of
hyperthermia are based on the heat effect, with the main
problem how to deliver it into the proper place. Here we have a
special bed where the patient is heated up. The whole body
hyperthermia usually is combined with other methods of cancer
treatment.

Local hyperthermia
The local hyperthermia has some well established and widely
spread methods to deliver the most optimal heat for treatment.
Among these is one of the oldest the capacitive-coupled RFhyperthermia, which is applied in many clinics. We put this
method into the focus, because it has such advantages, which are
not available in other kinds of hyperthermia-treatments.

Coley, Issels and others have found active fever therapy
particularly effective in cancer treatment.
We use it to break through reaction blockade, speed up
the elimination of toxins from the body and especially to
stimulate the immune system generally.
Unlike passive hyperthermia, where the body or the
tumour is heated up from outside by appropriate devices,
active fever therapy is not so much a matter of killing
tumour cells by raising the temperature: temperatures of
around 43'C would have to be generated in the cancerous
tissue in order to do this and it cannot be achieved by
active fever therapy.
The advantage of this particular therapy, compared with
passive overheating from the outside, is that a whole range
of immunological phenomena are triggered which have a
very positive effect on the course of the disease.

 "The
more man keeps in tune with the laws of
nature, the healthier he will stay. The more he
departs from them, the sooner he will be affected
by an illness. Nothing can better preserve,
strengthen and bring back the energy of life than
the art of striking the right balance, the daily
enjoyment of pure and fresh air, a simple and
natural diet, and a constant exercise of one's
powers.”

faulty eating habits foster the development of some
