– Consult for agitation and altered mental status

– Pulsatile mass found by PCP on routine exam
– Confirmed as 8.2 cm infrarenal AAA on CT

Clinical Features of Delirium
• Acute or subacute onset
• Fluctuating intensity of symptoms
