• If candida infection is mild to moderate use:

• In chronic cases test for heavy metals and pH
• To rebuild mucous membranes Pleo Pefrakehl
2 drops in each nostril every second day.
• Alternate with Pleo Nigersan 2 drops each
nostril every second day.
• Citrokehl 1 dose daily by mouth

Seasonal Sinusitis
• For seasonal aggravations:
• Pleo Ruberkehl 2 drops each nostril 4 to 5
times daily.
• If purulent mucous is present Pleo Notakehl 2
drops 3 times and Pleo Recarcin 2 drops each
