Anticoagulation Centers of Excellence
• Launched in December 2012, and our flagship program, ACE
raises awareness & encourages clinical use of best practices and
evidence-based guidelines, improving care for all patients on all
antithrombotic medications.

• Publishing comprehensive consensus and
