Maths Groups
Maths groups happen 3 times a week and are intensive classes focussing on numeracy skills.
The classes are fluid and students will be moved accordingly.
Each maths teacher has a different way of setting homework.

Tamil and Hindi are taught for 2 hours each week in Years 2, 3 and 4.
Students will be following Literacy based activities reflecting the Stage
2 Literacy program for 1hour.
The second hour will involve students in Stage 2 Personal Development
and Health topics.
Both lessons are developed around the teaching content of the stage
but taught bilingually.

•Each teacher will set homework for their class.
•There will be homework from maths classes issued separately by
your child’s maths teacher.

•PSSA, Tennis, CAPA, School Sport on Friday mornings
•Individual classes go out at different times for P.E lessons.

•Please pay your Book Fee as soon as possible as it is very important
to the financial running of the school.
•Please remember to send an absence note within 7 days of
absence
•If you need to take your child early or are running late to school,
please go to the office first to inform the office.
