ABSTRACT
Noises have unavoidably, over the years, been contaminants
of sound/effective communication. In a bid to project sound
out of noise, inventors & scientist have developed various
communication systems, which though increased the range
of human voice, but also have invariably/rather added more
noise to our ecosystem. If we continue this way, as
population increases geometrically, our noises would
invariably increase astronomically, what fate does this
prepare for our dear future?
Nonetheless, here is a good news that the era of noise is
soon over. The good news is: “Multi-Access-Public-AddressTransmitter is here, which is an indigenous innovation (
though still an idea, but yet with established & convincing
study & experiments, it will soon be in production), it
eliminates (as much as possible) the need & stress for large
sound-producing systems and instead makes sound
(speeches) available to the individual-who-needs-it, in the
way he needs it, and also to as many-as-need-it.”

and George Antheil among many other white scientists have done a
lot, it’s high time for Africans to join the list.
In this ‘dark’ part of the world, we have lots of predominant
problems, one of which is public communication. We don’t have
access to PA Systems in our classrooms, indoor events, and public
places (due to the cost, the importability, or incessant power supply)
and yet, these PA systems we import still add their adverse effects of
noise pollution.
It is in this heart-borne grieve that I came up with this innovative idea
to solve our problem our own way: the Multi-Access-Public-AddressTransmitter
