Suggestions for Presenting



The slide template is for your teams final
collaborative presentation – some helpful
suggestions/guidelines.
You will probably need more than one slide for
each week in the semester!
Be creative; this template is to give the team
direction in reporting your collaborative process
over the next 14 weeks.

Suggestions (cont.)




Begin outlining this powerpoint early: You know
how things can go wrong with technology!
Procrastination is very unfriendly!
Don’t write a lot on your slides: Get the major
ideas down so team members can discuss the
‘nuts and bolts’ of the communication process!
Figure out who is controlling the ppt. before the
presentation.

Suggestions for Future
Collaborative Teams





It would have helped Team 7 if we had more
time to…
The first week was critical for us in getting…
Get quiet members to work – Assigning roles
helped us. We appointed a team member to
monitor the calendar!
What to do with ‘slackers’…
The who-to-whom chart needed more
emphasis!

Powerpoint

Keep ppt. “noises” to a minimum – they can be
distracting and the team loses focus.
Special effects do the job..!
