newspapers, radio, television,
contact by phone, trade magazines,
the inspection itself, written warnings,
uniforms of the inspectors,
conspicuous official vehicles………….

Enforcement and communication are mutually dependent
Work hand-in-hand with the enforcers
Enforcement communication is a tool, not an end in itself
Do what you say your going tot do, but its not necessary
to say everything your intend to do
