Voice Recording
IPV series systems offer built-in voice recording
system. System can record 4 different calls
simultaneously. There is no time limitation on voice
recording. Voice records could be sent to related
user(s) or admin by e-mail;
Voice records can be stored on a PC or a NAS
server via NFS
Advantages:
• Reduces the cost of the system by this built
in service
• Voice recording can be activated manually by
users or automatically by the system

Presence provided by IPV10 / IPV20
allows users to track each other’s
availability, occupancy and active/passive
information and reach the respective
person in the quickest and most suitable
way accordingly.

Mobility
IPV10 / IPV20 extensions can communicate
directly with each other regardless of their
location. Communication can be established from
any location by becoming an internal extension of
the system with an access unit such as IP
phones, IP soft-phones, IP DECT, WiFi phones or

HD & Uninterrupted Audio Quality
Owing to its software's enhanced monitoring
algorithms IPV10 / IPV20 deliver high
quality voice, far higher than that expected
from usual IP-based systems. If audio
package losses occur due to the outside
environment, IPV10 / IPV20 carry out the
communication over an alternative route (for
instance, PSTN) until the required quality is
obtained.

via their WEB-servers from anywhere
through any standard WEB browser.
Services can be accessed with different
authorization levels such as user, operator

mail settings and private phonebooks by
connecting to the personal assistant WEB
interface.
