academic enterprise in meeting the institutional enrollment goals.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for student academic records, course scheduling and
classroom space management, registration processes, and student information and data reporting.
Communication Center
–

The Office of Financial Aid delivers federal, state, and institutional need-based funds to all levels of
students as well as merit aid awarded through the Scholarship Office. The student employment
process is also administered through the Financial Aid Office.
Registrar
–

The Office of Admissions is responsible for recruiting and admitting new students to UNM. This
includes both domestic and international new freshmen, transfers, non-degree, and graduate
students.
Student Financial Aid

The VP has overall responsibility for the division and has executive direction from the Provost and
President of the University as to goals and priorities.
The Communication Center is the centralized contact point for all customer service inquiries.
Communication is conducted through virtual chat, telephone, email, and outbound calling
campaigns.
ENLACE
–
ENgaging LAtino Communities for Education - The goal of ENLACE is to improve academic success of
Latino and other students through a number of community and school-based initiatives focused on
improving retention and graduation rates at all levels.
