WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION:
TRUE OR NOT TRUE?
• April 25, 2005, the CIA’s top weapons inspector in
Iraq said the hunt for weapons of mass destruction
has found nothing.
• The report states that while they do not have proof
of WMD, Iraq “probably” has various dangerous
weapons including chemical ammunitions.
• The report states that Iraq could potentially set up
remote facilities to avoid detection or upgrade
current facilities to produce the components
necessary for the production of nerve agents

• The purpose of the War in Iraq is to
remove a potential threat to the United
States and to secure the flow of foreign
oil.
