SYNOPSIS
• The main idea of the software is to automate the
database maintenance online.
• This software is done for the co-ordination
centre of PWDS namely DATA.
• This software contains four distinct users namely
admin, donor, partner and employee.
• Each will have their distinct login username and
password.
• The permission for accessing is based on the
user type.
• The reports for the database can be viewed.

“Online Automation software for PWDS” is
developed in Asp. Net 2005, with C# coding.
The maintenance of the database is made in
sql server 2005.
The modules of the projects are
1. Administrator
2. Donor
3. Partner
4. Employee
ADMINISTRATOR MODULE
• Administrator owns the full control of the system,
in our project the administrator is the Coordination centre of PWDS.
• The admin has the right to create, add, and
modify the details regarding the donor, partner,
employee and project.
• The admin has the rights to involve in all the
activities regarding the fund request, fund
transfer, fund reversal.
• The admin has the right to view all the
necessary reports of the database maintained.
DONOR MODULE
• The donor is the person who made fund
for the project.
• The donor has the right to view the details
regarding the project that he is involved.
• The donor has no right to create or add
new employee or partner for the project.
• The donor has the right to view reports
regarding his project only.
PARTNER MODULE
• The partner is the person who will do
necessary work for the fulfillment of the
project.
• The partner has the right to make the fund
request to the admin.
• The partner has no right to view the
documents or forms of the other projects
that is handled by the co-ordination centre.
EMPLOYEE MODULE
• The employee of the project work for the
fulfillment of the project and to attain the
objective of the project.
• The employees are of two types one is project
office employee or the employee under partner.
• The work of the project office employee is to
watch the performance of each and every
partner and to make report to the admin
regarding their performance of their project.
• The work of the employee under partner is to
work for the partner.

• The old system of maintaining the database in
paper work is get automated fully.
• The training regarding the automated database
maintenance is given to the users of the
software.
• The overall operational performance has been
evaluated as a preliminary step to fine-tune the
application.
• The application has been reviewed and updated
periodically.
CONCLUSION
• The software is developed according to the
requirement of the user.
• The software is installed for the purpose of
online database maintenance for fast and
effective maintenance of the transaction.
• The paper work is automated and the loss of
time is avoided through the automation of the
database.
• With the fast communication the performance of
the organization is also get improved widely.
