Artists influenced by music
Over the past century music has played an
integral part in the stylistic development of
visual art.
It has been a source of inspiration by many
visual artists worldwide.
Artists influenced by music
A connection between music and art was first
mentioned in the late 19th century by a term
called synaesthesia - the blending of senses.
In short, it is “the sensory perception of one
kind can manifest itself as a sensory
experience of another.”
