Transcript The Medieval Church

Warm-up p. 33
How important is it to you that your leaders
share your religion or belief systems?
Why?
Think-Pair-Share
• What would you do if Obama mandated
(ordered) that all Americans attend Church
at least once a week and pay 10% of their
paycheck to the Church? What would you
think about this? How do you think the
country would respond as a whole? What
would the rest of the world say about this
decision?
• Discuss these questions with a partner. Then, write out
your response on 1 sheet of paper with both names. Your
answer should be in complete sentences and at least a
paragraph long. Be sure to explain why you feel the way
you do.
