1. Communism
Definition:
a society where the government owns the economy and
enforces equality through a dictatorship; opposite of
capitalism
2. Related Words:
Soviet Union, no free market, poverty, Workers are best,
everyone is equal, oppressive government
3. How does it work:
Government collects all wealth and redistributes it
population. In reality, gov’t gives extra to friends. Jobs
are assigned. Few choices. Few innovations.
Propaganda makes everything seem important.
Country more important than the individual. Few rights.

The workers (who are supposed to benefit if everyone
shares and no one gets rich)
