PURPOSE OF EMPLOYMENT:
To familiarize students with the hygienic
assessment of the project of public buildings
(consideration of draft hostels, hotels, barracks)
To introduce students to design materials on
land allotment (consideration of draft hostels,
hotels, barracks)
To familiarize students with the protocol to enter
into the project.
The student should know:
The ethical and legal rules governing the relationship of man to
man, society and the environment.
The principles of operation of modern equipment used in
preventive medicine for the quantitative determination of
hazardous substances.
Know the criteria of ecological and hygienic assessment of
environmental objects.
The student should be able to:
Carry on TSN controlled municipal
facilities.
Perform visual, laboratory
instrumentation, computational
methods for determining the hygienic
assessment of environmental factors.
Conduct sanitary inspection of
supervision and make the appropriate
accounting and reporting
documentation.
Lesson Content:
Unlike buildings with apartments for the
family, dormitories designed for living alone
workers, students of higher educational
institutions and technical schools. These
groups are very significant, especially in
industrial areas and large cities, so the home is
very common type of hostel.
Uzbekistan has a "Sanitary rules of design,
equipment and maintenance of hostels for
workers (seasonal and single), students and
colleges."
Home hygiene standards for dormitories: area
bedroom for one person in all the dorms at
least 6 m2 and a minimum height of 2.7 m.
A typical
layout of the
premises for
dormitories:
a) the total
length of the
corridor is not
svysche 40m;
b) leaving the
corridor
bedrooms;
c)
concentrated
at the end of
the corridor
storeroom.
Additionally, in
dormitories, intended
for more than 300
people, provides dining
catering, laundry and
medical center, and in
some cases - bath with
disinfection chamber.
Number of rooms in hotels, motels and
campgrounds should be taken:
- In hotels general type15,25,50,100,200,300,400,500,800,1000
- In tourist hotels and resort300,500,800,1000
- In motels, no more than 300
- Camping-no more than 500
Hotels with a general type of seating up to 100
should be designed for rural areas, villages and
small towns.

Notes:
1. Buildings of hotels higher and I discharges
should be designed only for the capital of
Moldova, major cities and resorts of national
importance.
2. Building IV Hotel discharge should be
designed for no more than 400 seats.
3 Hotels with 100 seats or less should be
designed II, III and IV categories.
Hotels, motels and campgrounds should be mixed in
accordance with the approved master plans and
projects of detailed planning and building of cities,
towns, villages and resorts. The size of land plots and
the distance between buildings must be taken under
Chapter snip for planning and building cities villages
and rural settlements.
Distances from sites for tents to parking areas in
campsites should be at least 5m from the premises
(buildings, tents) to outdoor latrines - not less than
25 and not more than 50 meters, to open cinemas,
dance floors, stage and sport grounds- at least 50 m;

50 m; they must also provide for the planting of trees

campgrounds should be 50 m, providing

roads and streets. On a plot of land and tourist
resort hotels as well as motels and
campgrounds placed on the resorts and
recreation areas, should include: sports fields
at the rate of 8-10m 2 per seat; playgrounds
and sheds RATIO-area respectively 5 and 2.5
m2 per child; the number of children playing at
the same time should be equal to 5-8% of the
number of places in the hotel, motel or camp
sites. The hotel project for foreign tourists,
intended for the construction of the coastal
resort areas should be provided to the beaches
of places equal to 100% of the seats in the
hotel.
Green areas in the areas of resort hotels and tourist hotels, motels and
campgrounds placed on the resorts and recreation areas, should be, usually
not less than 50% of the land area.
Buildings of hotels and motels should be designed with a maximum
height of 16 floors of the residential buildings should be taken under
Chapter SNIP on designing residential buildings. The rooms must be
located in the above-ground floors of buildings.
In the basement of the building it is allowed to place latrines, washrooms
and showers, bar and dining room staff, dressing rooms, rental, lockers and
other storage areas, darkroom, plenums, and other technical facilities.
Industrial premises catering, storage of vegetables,
machinery space and pumping, repair shops, elevator
shafts, trunks and luggage chutes and central
vacuum, visual, sports and dining facilities, as well as
other premises in which work can be accompanied by
noise and vibration, It is not allowed to place itself
under the premises, as well as on us, and adjacent to
them.
When placing the elevator shafts, chutes and shafts
centralized dust removal, motors and pumps should
include measures against the transmission of noise
and vibration in the rooms and dining rooms.
